Merchants must be legally capable of entering into contracts. Each merchant is allowed a single outlet per subscription unless otherwise granted.
Subscription fees, trial periods, renewal, and cancellation rules are set on the pricing page. We use Razorpay for payment processing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Do not use the service for unlawful activities. You are responsible for all data you upload and actions taken through your account.
We retain all intellectual property rights to the platform. Merchants retain ownership of their business data and content uploaded to the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubsoft Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We may update these terms. We will notify merchants of material changes by email or dashboard notice.
