1. Trial Period

We offer a 30-day free trial for new merchants. No payment will be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without payment.

2. Paid Subscriptions

All paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual). Refunds for paid subscriptions are subject to the terms below.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are discretionary and considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If you experience a technical issue that Hubsoft is unable to resolve within a reasonable time, a prorated refund may be issued.
• Fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) are non-refundable by Hubsoft; any processor refunds are subject to their policies.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from the merchant dashboard. Upon cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. Data retention and export rules are governed by our Privacy Policy.
